There are no extra charges for domestic shipments, and they would be fully insured (free of cost).
Mostly, the domestic shipments are dispatched within 48 hours after the payment has been processed successfully.
For our domestic shipments to be delivered promptly, we only ship to addresses that are verified by FedEx. In case of any customized requests, kindly get in touch with us.
At the time of delivery, the shipment will need a confirmation signature. Kindly ensure that a designated person receives the shipment at the allocated time.
No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, including U.S Territories/Provinces.
Our international shipment orders are now fulfilled by FedEx Global Services. If a customer has placed an order for the international shipment, then they will pay the extra shipping cost and the optional custom duty, import fee, or any other fee that is applied in your region.
Furthermore, we won’t be able to ship our products to your country if our insurance partner won’t support your region.
We can’t provide assistance regarding the customs duty or import fee for your country. We would recommend getting in touch with the local authorities to know the respective import rates and fees that can be applied.
All the payments are accepted and processed only via reliable check-out options and direct bank transfers. Please note that your purchase can be subject to your state's tax norms.
We encourage all buyers to be sure of the model before purchasing. We will honor returns within 48 hours of receiving if the product is not as described. We do not accept returns for “Buyer’s Remorse.”
A return of your product will only be accepted if you receive a different product compared to what was described in the actual listing. In this situation, the product would be accepted if it has been returned in the same condition as it was received and within the applicable duration.
If the returned product is tampered with, has some missing accessories/parts, or the factory marks/stickers are removed, the return will be not accepted. For all returns a 15% restocking fee would be applied.
The pictures of the watch box are provided by the manufacturing brand and are only used for representational purposes. The watch box you would receive might vary according to your product's brand, but it would be 100% authentic.
